There are so many easy ways to download streaming media these days that we find absolutely no reason to bother with a program that's the least bit complicated. For that reason, we recommend that users who want to download video and music from streaming sites (where that's permitted, of course) look for something other than Faster Downloader to do it with. There were a few other buttons and drop-down menus in this part of the interface that weren't clearly labeled, and we never did find out what they did.

• I download hundreds of NASA images every week and I think I'd be lost without it. It would be nice to be able to add downloads to the queue directly from the web page without the dialogues. I know this can be done regardless but I'm suggesting a way without the Xtra steps: Right click link, go over to XDM, select the queue I want, add it. Seems whiny but when you have to do that 30 - 40 times in a session, it gets really old. Also could someone add a quick 'how to install' for Linux/Debian, I just moved to Linux and haven't figured it out yet, it would be handy for future users, oh and will someone get me a steak sandwich with a chocolate milkshake, thanks.
