I'm a very experienced Mac tech support consultant, yet I've been grappling with the 'too many corpses' problem since yesterday. I tried a number of approaches, but was confident that a simple solution existed. YOU MAY NOT HAVE TO ERASE YOUR HARD DRIVE, or reinstall Mac OS. I found a couple of postings that explain this surprisingly quick solution. If you're able to get into Recovery Mode utilizing CMD-R, and you're not afraid to work in the Terminal program, THIS WORKS! If you follow these steps EXACTLY, a bad file named 'mbr_cache' will be rebuilt and your Mac will reboot successfully (slowly the first time as the rebuild happens, then normal speed after that). This solution worked on my 2011-vintage 21-inch iMac (iMac 12,1) with Mac OS High Sierra. Someone should tell the Apple Geniuses and Tech Support Specialists about this. Or, better yet, they should be able to find these types of solutions themselves. Good luck!
My Macbook Air had similar problems loading images on certain websites like CNN and CNBC. Text would load with blank areas left for the missing images until they finally loaded as much as a minute later. I tried all of the techniques on this and other sites including loading a new copy of El Capitan (I did not wipe the drive first) with no success. It is necessary for every Mac user to prepare a USB flash drive. With such removal drive, you can create and install a bootable OS X installer drive and then to fix Mac not working in recovery mode issue. Here is how to use bootable drive. 1.Reboot Mac and keep taping 'Option' until you hear the sound. If your MacBook is stuck on the loading screen and will not continue no matter how long you wait, it may not be apparent what is causing it. If the problem is caused by software errors, you can troubleshoot and correct the issue by resetting certain parameters and attempting to repair your disk and permissions. This procedure should not be performed while on battery power. Load your Mac in Recovery Mode: press and hold the Command (⌘) and R keys while pushing the power button to start your computer. You can stop holding the Command (⌘) and R keys when you see an Apple logo and progress bar. Okay, I'm gonna start from the bottom here to make it simple and try not to make it boring. My MacBook Pro is stuck in infinite loading times, when you see the white apple logo and a little spinning loading thingy. Nvidia k2200 driver download.
